RETURN POLICY
Our products are designed to provide you with complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase from our store, we will gladly accept your return of new, unworn or unused merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund to your credit card or Paypal account less the cost for shipping.
Return Process Requirements:
When making a return, customer must notify Kervalon through the contact page and reference the original order number. Please contact our Customer service at service@kervalon.com to get the return address. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive your USPS or UPS shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. The shipping label will be printed with the original address provided by the customer at the time the order was made unless notified otherwise.
- Please note that returns made without prior notification by the purchaser will not be processed. Kervalon is not responsible for items lost during the shipping process.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Kervalon is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Condition & Refund Rules:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn or unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Once the goods are received under these terms, we will conduct a quality check and process a refund for the goods within 10 days of receipt.
- Final sale items are not returnable. We cannot accept returns of worn, used or damaged merchandise, or merchandise without original tags and packaging.
- New, unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging received 31 days or more after purchase will be accepted for an online store credit only.
- If a refund is due, funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note, processing of your online return may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return shipment. Depending on your credit card company, a credit card refund should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
Special Notes:
- International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
- Once we process your return, we will send you a confirmation via email.
- We do not accept exchanges through our online store.
- The return policy applies only to orders placed on kervalon.com. Customers who purchase Kervalon products through any other vendors, whether online or in a physical store, must abide by that store's policy. Kervalon reserves the right to modify its return policy.
